Delivery dates and times displayed during checkout are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless stated otherwise in writing through our Services, you’ll assume the risk of loss or damage to a product once it’s delivered to our carrier.

The shipping cost is determined at checkout based on the shipping carrier’s charges to the destination address.

Product Description

At Calming Meadows, we strive for accuracy in all that we do, including product descriptions and content on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that everything is always 100% accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or free of errors. Please note that all of our candles are handmade, so there may be slight variations in color or shape compared to the product description or photos.

Returns and Refund

Calming Meadows reserves the right to accept or not accept returns at our own discretion. Any accepted returns of our products or services must occur within 30 days of purchase or the return option has been forfeited. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@calmingmeadows.com. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Calming Meadows will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling charges, to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a returned item is damaged, intentionally damaged, or used we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a fee which may equal the total cost of the purchase and shipping fees.

Error/Miscalculation

We agree we will do our best not to have an error when servicing customer purchases but cannot guarantee it will never occur. Should an incorrectness occur in our billing or shipping, we reserve the right to either rectify it and amend your order appropriately, including the correct billing, or cancel the order and reimburse any amount charged.
